SOLVERA
Solvera Gaweł Technology S.A. is a Polish company specialized in the production of high-quality fasteners.
Founded in 1983, it has been able to combine family tradition and high production standards right from the start, successfully facing the increasingly growing market challenges.
A story to tell, written through some extremely significant stages:
in 2004, following the increase in orders, the expansion into a new area of 2500 square meters; in 2007, the achievement of important certificates of conformity opens the doors to the automotive market; in 2014 the opening of the new highly advanced Research and Development Center and in 2018 the opening of a logistics center in the USA.
The company, which has maintained its production plant in Poland, now has 280 employees.
Screws for plastic and wood, metric bolts and self-tapping screws are just some examples of the wide range offered. The main fields of application are the domestic and automotive sectors in Europe, USA, China, India, Mexico, Brazil and Russia.
Family tradition, dynamism and desire for innovation are the keywords that from the beginning laid the foundations for a collaboration between Solvera and Carlo Salvi, able to overcome the mere commercial relationship.

By the end of the year, 15 Carlo Salvi headers will be installed at the plant in Poland, all double-stroke models CS 001, CS 002 and CS 003.
The investment has guaranteed an innumerable series of advantages by virtue of the technical specifications of each machine, starting with precision and versatility.

The main materials handled with Carlo Salvi headers are carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper, which are then finished with secondary operations like thread rolling, heat treatments, coating and sorting. Each machine works three shifts, five days a week.

A touch screen facilitates the operator's communication with the IT software, receiving all the necessary information and warnings on the required quality control, process parameters and tooling wear.
Each model during its use therefore allows to anticipate possible problems that could slow down the production process.
